Cutest Lil' Pumpkins in the Patch

The kids have had a fun fall. They got to paint pumpkins for family night and thought it was great!

Shaylee loves to paint!

Daycen had so much fun, he chose the biggest pumpkin to paint!

Ashlyn's pumpkin turned out a lovely gray color because she mixed all of the paint together!

Brendyn just sat on the swing and ate goldfish, but he liked watching the other kids!

I love Halloween and fall! I love to decorate for it, I love to ride up the canyon and watch the leaves changing, I love the happy faces of my kids as we make scarecrows, ghosts, Halloween treats, dinner in a pumpkin, & all of the fun traditions we share as a family!

11 years, 4 kids, & still in love

I can't believe how fast time goes by! We are celebrating our 11 year anniversary & in a way, it seems like just yesterday that we were married, but in another way, I can hardly even remember when we were not together! I have found in Lydell the best husband & father I could ever ask for. I'm so grateful to have been by his side for the last 11 years & look forward to being with him forever! Happy anniversary to us!

Busy September!

I am happy (& a little sad too) to have September over with! We have 3 out of 4 kids' birthdays in the month! We had a fun & busy time celebrating each one!

We started off celebrating Brendyn's 1st b-day at our home with some family! He had a cute tractor cake & we  had lots of fun!

Next we had Shaylee's 6th b-day at the park with 20 little friends! We had a treasure hunt, a swimming cake, & pink icecream!!!! She had lots of fun opening her presents & got a lot of fun stuff!

We finished off the party by celebrating Ashlyn's 3rd birthday at our home with Grandmas, cousins, aunts, & uncles! She had a princess cake that she loved sooooo much!

We have four great kids that we are so thankful for! Life is good for us (& very busy) just like it is for everyone else! We're just doing our best to give our kids good memories & teach them the things that will bring them happiness!
